Established in 1981, Ang Tong Seng Brothers Enterprises Pte Ltd (“ATS”) has grown into a trusted Singapore-based civil engineering and general building specialist. We provide a comprehensive suite of services, including earthworks, roadworks, drainage works, basement works, structural demolition, underground infrastructure, and general building works for both public and private sector clients. ATS holds the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Grade B1 for Civil Engineering and Grade C3 for General Building. In 2018, Ang Tong Seng Construction Pte Ltd (“ATSC”) was established to expand our suite of services through the leasing of construction-related machinery and equipment. ATS and ATSC together form the engineering and construction arm of SGX-listed Ocean Sky International Limited.
