The company was acquired and became wholly owned by OAKDENE SINGAPORE PTE LTD and the company name was changed in January 2025 to OAKDENE EVENTS & MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD. JEFFERY KOH remains in charge as its General Manager.
