The concept of Spruce was formed out of the love of wholesome and unpretentious Modern American cuisine served with the warm hospitality that has become a trademark for Spruce. Staples like Tenderloin Steak Frites and Spruce Burger have become signature favourites at the restaurants. Spruce also features a bakery with a freshly baked range of bread and pastries made in-house daily. Spruce at Fire Station is a modern European restaurant located in the historic Upper Bukit Timah fire station built in 1956. Our menu features wholesome and unpretentious dishes made with fresh ingredients and served with warm hospitality. Our staples include grass-fed Australian tenderloin steak frites and the SPRUCE burger, as well as freshly baked breads and pastries made in-house daily. We continue to evolve our menu with seasonal offerings and occasional wine dinners to keep things exciting for our guests.
