Areas include (but not restrictied to) xa0xa0- Electronic &xa0Electrical components xa0 - Industrial machines &xa0components xa0 - IT equipment 3. Cross border, middle market financial transactions, particulalry in SE Asia and Korea. Areas of focus include (but not restricted to) xa0 - Private placement for private and public companies xa0 - Deal structuring and negotation xa0 - Cleantech investment financial advisory Epitax has been actively engaged in LED lighting business since its inception;xa0design, manufacturing and distribution of the LED lighting products under its own brand CLARO. The design of the products is carried out primarily in Singapore where its head office is located. Most of the products are manufactured in our own factory andxa0other OEM partners in China. The distribution is managed by head office in Singapore and subsidiaries in other Southeast Asian countries.
