R&D Fullmark's reputable R&D department in Singapore has also made countless efforts to ensure that the company stays way ahead of others in terms of product design and keep up with the ever-advancing developments in the IT industry. Abiding by these commitments, Fullmark became the first printer ribbon company in Asia to be awarded the prestigious ISO9002 quality certificate in 1993, and subsequently upgraded to ISO9001 in 2003. In a proactive approach with regards to the environmental management in our business plans, Fullmark's manufacturing plant in Malaysia was awarded the prestigious ISO 14001 certification in Year 2000.
