FusekiB — Strategy Labs for Decision-Making under Uncertainty FusekiB designs strategy labs that use the game of Go as a structured decision environment to explore how people reason, decide, and coordinate when outcomes are uncertain. Rather than teaching strategy as a set of frameworks or best practices, FusekiB places participants inside a live simulation where each move has consequences. Through play, dialogue, and reflection, patterns of thinking, trade-offs, and coordination become visible in real time. Each FusekiB immersion mirrors challenges found in real organisations: incomplete information, competing priorities, timing pressure, and the need to align diverse perspectives. The aim is not to tell participants what decisions to make, but to help them see how decisions are formed and communicated. Across our labs, we focus on four recurring activities: reasoning through ambiguity, clarifying ideas through dialogue, making decisions under constraint, and communicating intent clearly. These elements form a simple structure that supports clearer thinking and more coherent action in complex environments. FusekiB works with teams and organisations that want to strengthen collective decision quality, improve alignment under uncertainty, and develop strategic fluency without relying on abstract instruction.
