JECS provides a variety of Facility Management solutions such as Building Operation & Maintenance, Managing Agent and Handyman services. JECS is a member of the Jardine Matheson Group and has its headquarters in Hong Kong. Thermal Pte Ltd (Thermal) is a leading specialist in the Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation market with more than 40 years of experience in Singapore. Thermal specializes in Design & Build and installation of large scale ACMV systems as well as Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Repair and Overhaul services of ACMV equipment from various OEMs. In 2012, JECS acquired Thermal to complement the Facility Management services offered to its clients. Backed by a strong, in-house technical and experienced workforce, JECS & Thermal would be able to advise clients on the maintenance, operation and installation of complex Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation systems in addition to the Maintenance and Operation of their facilities.
