Joni.AI is a Singaporean SME that focuses on optimising assessment for the K12 students. The founding team realised the need to scale education while volunteering to teach the less privileged students in 2017. Gathering a group of like-minded individuals from fields of Software Engineering, Data Science, Public Education and Game Design, Joni.AI was incorporated in 2019 February. Featured by Channel News Asia, Nikkei Asian Review, Tech In Asia and e27, the effective solution has helped thousands of students across 10 countries to do better in their exams. Joni.AI's automated complex learning recommendations evolve in sophistication as the recurrent neural network learns more about an individual student, just like a time machine. The Joni.AI team believes that technologies like Joni will transform formative learning and assessments to remove unnecessary learning anxiety, truly allowing students to learn at their own pace. Faithful to the original calling to scale education, Joni.AI is also a committed Social enterprise and recipient of the Venture For Good grant supported by the Singapore Ministry of Social and Family Development. Joni plans to reach out to community schools across Southeast Asia to provide quality education.
