LYTAG LAW LLP formerly known as Low Yeap Toh & Goon LLP is a commercial law practice formed through a series of amalgamations. On 11th August 1971, Mr Low Siew Joon started practice as a sole-proprietor under the name of Low Siew Joon & Co which merged with Yap Seng Chaye & Co in 1976 to constitute Low & Yap. On 14th February 1987 a further merger took place with Katherine Yeap & Co and the Firm took the name Low Yeap & Co. Messrs. Toh Weng Cheong and James Goon joined the partnership on 1st January 1992 and three years later, the name of the Firm was changed to Low Yeap Toh & Goon. On 16 March 2015 the Firm was incorporated as a Limited Liability Partnership.
In 2019 April, the Firm went through a change of management with Kenneth Tan and Goh E Pei assuming the leadership and taking over the Firm as the equity partners.
