Mental ACT is a non-profit community organization dedicated to providing mental health services and programs for the South Asian community in Singapore. Founded in 2017 by two passionate individuals, Nisha and Devan, the organization aims to address the social stigma surrounding mental health issues within this community. Through collaborations with volunteers and community partners, Mental ACT empowers and supports South Asians in taking actionable steps towards better mental health. Our main target audience consists of individuals from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives, but our services are inclusive to anyone in need of mental health support, regardless of gender, age, or background.
