(2)tGoh Eng Lee Andy v Yeo Jin Kow – a dispute involving a design and build contract and the termination of the main-contract. (3)tCompact Metal Industries Ltd v PPG Industries (Singapore) Ltd – a decade-long litigation involving the application of paint for the external cladding of a building. This dispute involved various complex legal issues on extension of time, delay, prolongation and acceleration claims, as well as working with a renowned delay expert in the international construction industry. Our notable corporate matters include the following: (1)tAdvising a local client on various fund raising exercises involving local investors, as well as acting for the client in respect of the sale of a significant stake to a Thai conglomerate.
