As a certified Nutrition and Functional Medicine Health Coach I am a behaviour change agent, here to help you build new habits and set and achieve your desired nutrition and health goals. Together we will: - discover the why behind your desired health change - empower you as the expert on your own body, mind and circumstances - identify the challenges and blind spots that are preventing change Using evidence based methodology I will help you navigate your health and wellness journey. I will provide support and accountability to help you to create the healthy life you want. I will facilitate a shift in mindset to enable you to prioritise that important next step. Empower and motivate you towards your long and short term goals. In a client-centred approach you will own the insights, the action steps, the work and the success, enabling you to make transformational and sustainable changes in your health and lifestyle. New clients will receive a FREE 30 minute discovery call. After each session you will have co-created a personal action plan. Between consultations you will receive continued support via email, worksheets, helpful articles and meal plans/recipes where appropriate.
