MINDSET, the registered charity of the Jardine Matheson Group, was established in 2011 in Singapore to address the neglected and under-resourced area of mental health social services. Through various programs and initiatives, including job trainings, placements, and social enterprise efforts, MINDSET seeks to change attitudes and de-stigmatize mental illness, while providing direct assistance to individuals, families, and related voluntary welfare organizations. Our employee volunteers, known as Jardine Ambassadors, play a key role in organizing and championing these programs. Additionally, we have established the MINDSET Learning Hub, a WSQ training center in collaboration with the Singapore Association for Mental Health, which provides job placement opportunities for trainees.
