The Sandbox (TSB) is Ngee Ann Polytechnic's Innovation & Entrepreneurship Office. We foster the entrepreneurial growth of students through interdisciplinary modules, business plan competitions, overseas innovation challenges, hackathons, and other programs. As drivers of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (I&E), we provide funding, events, workshops, and incubator spaces to help NP's students and alumni realize their potential.

Established in 1982, the School of InfoComm Technology (ICT) is renowned for providing comprehensive IT education. Established in 1985, the Continuing Education & Training (CET) Academy at Ngee Ann Polytechnic provides adult education and training to over 25,000 working adults, helping them acquire new skills, stay relevant, and remain employable in today's global economy. The Environmental & Water Technology Centre of Innovation (EWTCOI) is a strategic collaboration between SPRING Singapore (SPRING) and Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP) established in October 2006. Our mission is to collaborate with industry sectors in applied R&D and consultancy projects to translate ideas into practical solutions or innovations for a sustainable environment. We bridge the gap between companies seeking practical and market-driven technology solutions by leveraging our team's multi-disciplinary capabilities in environmental & water engineering, chemical engineering, molecular microbiology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, material science engineering, and chemistry. Our focus areas include Water, Sustainable Materials, Energy Efficiency, and Membrane Technology.
