Pranic Wellness is dedicated to bringing holistic well-being to people of all ages through authentic yogic practices and teachings. Founded in 2021, our company is deeply rooted in the yogic philosophy of Prana, the master form of all energy, which is essential for our being. We offer a variety of yoga classes including asanas (physical postures), pranayamas (breathing techniques), mantra chanting, shatkarmas (cleansing practices), mudras, bandhas, and meditation. Additionally, we provide Zumba and dance classes to cater to diverse fitness interests. Our founder, Priyanka, embarked on her wellness journey after a diagnosis of acute pancreatitis in 2016. This turning point led her to integrate yoga into her daily life, drawing from her childhood experiences at the Bihar School of Yoga. Her vision is to promote a conscious and aware lifestyle through yoga, helping individuals achieve spiritual growth and holistic well-being. At Pranic Wellness, we believe in the power of personalized attention. We offer personal training sessions for individuals with specific health conditions or goals, enabling them to deepen their understanding and practice of yogic concepts. Our classes are conducted primarily at Priyanka's residence in Simei, Singapore, providing a cozy and focused environment for our community. Our mission is to maintain the authenticity of yoga while making it accessible and beneficial to everyone.
