Founded in the year 2014, we are based in Singapore and are involved in consultancy services of Construction Supervision & Management, Health, Safety & Environmental Management (HSE), Project Administration and Professional Engineering Services. Our leadership consists of industry experts who brainstorm ideas and show keen eye for detail in every project they serve. On every project of ours, we always strive to find cost-effective solutions using innovative and practical methods to meet everyday challenges that may arise for engineers, architects, owners or contractors. RCY was originally established with the aim of providing construction supervision services. Over the years, RCY has developed many other capabilities which include Professional Engineering, HSE and contract administration. Now, RCY has the capability to truly provide their Clients with an end-to-end service on construction projects.
