ReneSola Singapore Pte Ltd was incorporated in 2007 in Singapore, as a subsidiary of ReneSola Ltd (NYSE:SOL). There are two parts of ReneSola group: ReneSola manufacture and ReneSola power. At Sept of 2017, ReneSola group split its business into ReneSola Ltd listed company (power station) and PV modules manufacturing. And ReneSola Singapore became the parent company of this group.
