VAMANCORE PTE LTD. incorporated on the 12th day of September, 2008 in the Republic of Singapore, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Satvik Enterprises Limited. With a view to contribute to the all round efforts of the group in gaining recognition and business in the international market, the company has floated as an offshore trading arm of the group. The company is engaged exclusively in import and export of Manganese Ore, Ferro Alloys and Iron & Steel Products. As part of our business expansion, we commenced export of Bulk Ferro Alloys from India in the year 2007 and in a short span became one of the biggest exporters of Ferro Alloys from India due to our strong financial strength coupled with excellent relation with supply source, proven service support to our elite clientele and strict adherence to quality and contractual obligations. Our parent company, Satvik Enterprises Limited is based in Kolkata, India with an office in Mumbai, India as well and is engaged primarily in Import of Mn Ore and coal & coke products for the Indian market alongside export of Bulk Ferro alloys globally through its sister company Saatvik Ferro Limited. We have a subsidiary in Singapore by the name of Vamancore Pte Ltd where we are buying Manganese Ore, Fluorspar, Coal, Coke etc. from all the leading mining companies and selling and distributing it in the Indian market. We have also incorporated a new subsidiary (Vamancore Global FZE) in Dubai as a part of our expansion plan. We have opened our offices in Mumbai, Singapore & Dubai and would soon be opening offices in the major trading centres of the world.
