View Credits
View credits are deducted only when an email address or phone number is available and successfully retrieved during the following actions:
- Clicking on View Email or View Phone individually
- Viewing contact details in bulk from the results table
- Exporting data to CSV or any integrated CRM
- Data enrichment
- Sending an email via The Grid (if the email address has not been previously viewed)
- Retrieving data via API
Important Notes
- View credits are only deducted when contact details are successfully retrieved.
- If an email address or phone number is not available, no view credits will be deducted.
Export Credits
Export credits are only utilised during the following actions:
- Exporting data to CSV or any integrated CRM
- Data enrichment
- Retrieving data via API
What credits are deducted if I export CSV?
For Ceople export, each company record will consume 1 export credit. However, you have the option to choose which view credits to be deducted under the "What will be Included" section of the export pop up.
No view credits will be deducted if the company email address or phone number for the selected records has already been viewed.
For People export, each personnel record will consume 1 export credit. However, you have the option to choose which view credits to be deducted under the "What will be Included" section of the export pop up.
No view credits will be deducted if the email addresses or phone numbers of the selected records have already been viewed.
