Introduction of New Web-sub Pricing and Credits

This article outlines key updates to The Grid. Beginning in November 2025, we will introduce personnel phone numbers as part of our lead generation offering.

In addition, revisions will be made to The Grid’s credit structure and a new pricing plan will take effect. These changes are designed to provide greater value, improved transparency, and more direct ways to connect with your prospects.

New Export Credit Structure

Existing Export Structure
Previously, users needed separate credits to export company data and personnel data. This meant managing two different credit types depending on the kind of records being exported.

New Universal Export Credits
We have now simplified this by introducing universal export credits, allowing users to decide how to use them—whether for company records, personnel records, or a combination of both.


New Contact Credits


We will be introducing 3 new view credits.

  • Personnel number view
  • Company email view
  • Company phone number view

In line with the introduction of personnel phone numbers, view credits will also be required to retrieve the numbers


Credit Rollover

Understandably, one of the most anticipated updates! You can now roll over your unused monthly credits to the following month.

This applies differently to monthly and annual billing plans.

Monthly Billing
- Any unused credits from the prior months will be brought forward to the following month automatically.
- Should a user cancel their subscription, the accumulated unused credits will not be refunded.

Note: that all unused credits will accumulate and roll over for up to 12 months. Any unused credits after 12 months will be forfeited

Annual Billing
- For users subscribed to annual billing, all 12 months’ worth of credits will be granted upon sign-up.
- Unused credits will roll over until the end of the annual period but will not be carried forward to the next annual period.

FAQ

Q: I am a corporate plan user how will this affect me?
A: If you are a corporate user, your existing entitled monthly company and personnel export credits will be converted to the universal export credits. As for the view credits, your dedicated Customer Success Manager will reach out to inform you separately.

Q: I am an existing Premium/Pro user, how soon will this changes affect me?
A: For users on a monthly plan, you will be able to enjoy the new credits and phone number data for the first 6 months at no additional cost after the introduction of the new credits. After 6 months, your next billing and credit entitlements will automatically change to the new pricing.

For users on annual plan, you will be able to enjoy the new credits and phone number data for the remaining of your existing annual plan period.

Q: I am an existing Premium/Plan user, what are credits that I am now entitled to
A: Kindly refer to the new pricing plan here.

Q: When will the new credits rollover system start applying to unused credits?
A: The new rollover system will apply starting from November 2025. Any unused credits from that month onward will automatically carry over for up to 12 months.
