The Grid, Southeast Asia’s trusted B2B intelligence platform, has launched new tools that make prospecting faster, smarter, and more global than ever. These product updates include a smart email automation feature, a streamlined onboarding filter, and new pricing options in AUD and USD.

AI-Powered Email Feature

The new email tool lets users generate personalized outreach messages using AI, based entirely on onboarding inputs—eliminating guesswork and saving hours of manual effort. 

“While everyone is moving towards AI SDR, we believe that ultimately, we should review these messages to confirm whether they convey our intended message,"  Kenneth Goh, The Grid's Technical Lead shared.

Simplified Filter Interface

Paired with the simplified filter interface upon onboarding, users can now segment their ideal customers in seconds by selecting roles, industries, locations, and company sizes.

“Looking for prospects in traditional B2B databases is very tedious, there are many filters that make it confusing to many of our customers,” Goh added. “We decided to come up with the simplified filter to reduce the friction in identifying leads.”

New Pricing Options

In response to growing demand from Australia-New Zealand and beyond, The Grid now supports pricing in both AUD and USD, giving users more flexibility at checkout and reinforcing our global growth ambitions.

This makes The Grid’s services more accessible to a growing international customer base.
