There are several types of credits to take note of while using The Grid:
1. View Company Phone Number Credits
By default, company general phone numbers are masked. This credit allows you to view a company’s phone number.
1 credit = 1 company phone number
2. View Company Email Address Credits
By default, company general email addresses are masked. This credit allows you to view a company’s general email address.
1 credit = 1 company general email address.
3. View Personnel Email Address Credits
Personnel business email addresses are also masked. This credit allows you to view a personnel’s business email address.
You will need to click on "View Email" to unmasked the email address.
4. Personnel number view credits
Personnel number views are masked by default. Click on "View Phone" to unmask the number and it will utulised 1 personnel phone number view credit.
5. Export Credits
This is a universal export credit that allows you to export either a company report or personnel record.
Note: Export credits allows you to either export the datas into a CSV file or selected integrated CRM.
6. AI Credits
Using 1 AI Writing Credit will generate a cold email (or ice-breaker) message.
